2012 PRICES
March and April £90 per room per night.
Except for Goodwood Events, see below, prices from May to end October £95 per room per night including continental breakfast: reduction when staying longer than two nights
We have a two night minimum policy from May to end October except for Bank holidays and Goodwood events (3 night minimum): the only exception is when there is a one night only gap which falls between two bookings.
Single rate: please request special price off peak. From June to end October, the double rate will apply, less £10 cost of breakfast.
Occasionally we can put an extra (Z) bed into a room when there will be £20 supplement per night. Sofa bed by arrangement.
SPECIAL EVENT for two people? Have the cottage to yourselves to enjoy a romantic weekend/special celebration with a bottle of bubbly, chocolates and more. Continental breakfast with fresh fruit and yoghurt brought to the cottage for you to enjoy at leisure. Candlelit dinner for two by arrangement. Organise a massage/beauty treatment. Spoil yourselves and make it special! Late departure 12 noon

GOODWOOD EVENTS
Glorious Goodwood 31 July-4 August, a supplement of £10 per room per night will apply
Goodwood Festival of Speed (27-30 June) and Goodwood Revival (13-16 Sept) meetings: three night minimum - prices £125 (house) - £135 (cottage) per room per night. No reduction for single occupancy.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Deposit by cheque or electonic transfer must be received within 5 days of booking.
We regret that at present we are unable to accept cards.
The deposit is applied to the last night's stay and forfeited if guests arrive after the date specified or depart before the final date of the reservation.
The deposit for a 1 or 2 night stay is 1 night's rate. For 3 or more nights, it is 50% of the total sum payable.
Cancellation & refund policy: Deposits will be refunded (less £10 administration charge) only if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival date, except for Goodwood events when cancellation needs to be made 6 weeks prior to arrival date. We will only give refunds on shorter notice if the relevant room is subsequently booked and there will be the same administration charge.
Check in between 4.30 and 6.30pm
We request that you vacate your room by 10.30am (Mon-Sat) and 11am (Sun) to enable us to clean and tidy.
